WHAT IS A CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT (CA)?



practical training or by availing themselves of exemptions under mutual recognition agreements (MRAs).The Chartered Accountant’s profession is very popular among the youth. A Chartered Accountant (CA) works in a wide range of work from Chief Executive to Financial Controllers in a business establishment. A few examples are:

ENTRY SCHEME

The initiation by ICAI took place in which it planned to make the entry-level difficult, not like IIT-JEE or PMT but better than CPT in the form of CA Foundation. As we all know that CA Course is easy to enter and difficult to exit. CPT is considered much easier compared to its other two levels i.e. CA Intermediate and CA Final. In order to fill this level gap, ICAI replaced the CPT with CA Foundation.
CA foundation course has been introduced by ICAI and is an entry level test designed for the students who want to pursue CA Courses for a bright future. The registration is simple. Those students who are appearing in 12th examination can register for the CA Foundation course.

ELIGIBILITY

  • After passing 12th or appearing the examination, you will be eligible to get registered in CA Foundation course, so register yourself.
  • When, you register yourself, you will have to go through a study period of 4 months in order to appear in the exam.
  • In order to apply for the foundation exams, you will have to fill the application form through ICAI portal.
  • ICAI issues the admit card generally 21 days before the exams. You can download your admit card from the ICAI portal. You will not get the admit cards offline.

There is no shortcut to success. Once you are done with the registration procedure, just open all your books and focus on your study. With the right moment on, you will have to study hard and dream big. Don’t just prepare to crack the exam but prepare to score big.
